It’s great to have lots of children as part of our church family.  Here are a few of the things that they really enjoy about Aigburth…

1. The special slot.  Each week there’s a special slot in the service where we teach the children what we were looking at in the previous week’s talk.  This is normally interactive and involves the children joining in with leader in some fun activity.

2. The singing.  Children love to sing and we encourage the children to stay with us for all the singing and often there’s a special song just for them.

3. Children’s groups. We have a break in the middle of the meeting for parents to take their children along to our fun Sunday School which meets in SARA Hall.  This is aimed at primary age children (4-11) and there are 2 creche groups for the younger ones (0-2 & 2-4). While the children are there the adults get to have a coffee and sit down and listen to the talk.

We love having fun and teaching the children about Jesus on Sundays, but we think it is really important that as Christian parents we are bringing our children up in all situations to trust Jesus. So HERE are some talks and resources that we have done, to help encourage and support you in that task.
